PennyHoper, exactly. A legal action is just a joke. Look at PAIM, a state of the art scam. They robbed 95% of the public shares off the shareholders at an extremely low price set by the company and called it "mandatory buyback" "for the benefit of the shareholders". Unbelievable, they forced the shareholders to sell their shares to the company at a joke price that company itself set. Actually the shareholders did have to sell, the shares were taken off of their brokerage accounts and replaced by paper certificate. The shareholders roared and threatened by everything including legal actions and the SEC and bla bla bla and all turned out to be hot air.
Just one thing more, a year later, the same company stole 90% of the 5% originally left the same way, forced sell at a price set by the company. Until now nobody know how they got away with it not only once but twice. Oh, and they haven't delivered any of what they promised. You can also refer to a similar story about PRHB my previous posts.
From the information provided on this board alone, you'll know that you are dealing with at least one professional scammer who knows exactly what he's doing and that he/they will get away with it.
Those who threaten to take legal actions against NUBV, if you do not know exactly what you are saying and know what to do and can give detailed information then please shut up and watch the tragedy.
