Posting about competition is not off-topic and therefore these posts should not be removed. I know there is tension between io_io and DewDiligence which has resulted in many posts being removed wrongly and later restored.

I've removed io_io from the assistant mod role due to way too many of these improper deletions. No further discussion on this choice is required or wanted.
