Right! Judges do not like to interfere when parties to a matter have already settled by mutual agreement outside the courtroom.

The interference by FDIC is not consequential and will not stand.

Luckily we have an excellent lawyer for WAMU and a judge that doesn't allow herself to be pushed around no matter who is on the other side.
