Boy, this is a joke that the high and mighty congressmen and senators or whoever they are, are firing these questions at Cox, Greenspan and Snow, from their soapboxes, because they are 'after the fact'; blaming all of them for letting the horse out of the barn!

Everyone bet on the wrong friggin' horses to begin with, and now they're all in a tizzy, self righteous and angry they lost!
