Many are expressing concern about the markets and especially metal prices and how they are worried it will effect our JV. While it is indeed grim today there is also many forcasting a sharp rise in the price of resources not that far down the road. Many experts have said that the Jr's who survive these challenging times will be some of the best plays in the markets. It is predicted that as many as 50% of the Jr's will either go broke or be taken over. We are actually entering this at a good time from what is being forecast. We have to remember it is a bad time for a producing mine as cost of production verses metal prices are killing them right now. This play is years away from full production. By the time this is in production I doubt very much we will still be looking at these prices and also we would be coming on stream to a time when it is most likely there will be shortages on the market because of todays events. While the Chinese are not immune to the down turn of today they are looking to the future as well. The Chinese are in about the best position in the world today to ensure they have a steady supply of resources and have the money and vision to back this up. This is also probably the best time to explore as there is greater access to equipment and also cost of constructing a mine at this time would be cheaper. There simply is no better or more economical location to mine these resources than on our property. We have power,water, elevation, labour, and ports. Just recently some of our partners were running into supply problems and had to turn to the open market so they could fulfill their contractual obligations. This is a costly way for them to supply their needs. The Chinese are not going to slow down in their pursuit of the resources they need now and especially for the future. To the Chinese a project like this is a 20 year supply of needed resources. Kirk
