Dew, with all due respect, i think those ranges are too big and most likely you will get everyone putting 1-1.5B as their choice. I would change the criteria to say <1B, 1-1.2B, 1.3-1.5B, >1.5B

I think we an all agree that $2B+ is out of the question.
