There has been no update on the # of OS since Feb of '07! ...20 Months!! At that time it was over 61 Million. Without an update, there is no way you can make the broad assertion that there is no dilution going on. The consistent high volume would indicate that there is indeed some dilution occurring. that would be typical for pink pennies that have Reverse Splits (in this case 1/100) in their history.
