Here is a very important question for the group.

As we come to the end of the year, all of us have the opportunity to take a capital loss on our investment in SWVC/SWYV.

What is the pervailing thought about taking that action? If the shares are sold and the loss memorialized, would that have any impact on any potential recoveries that could be gained through future potential SEC actions or law suits? Would it be better to hold off finalizing the loss until there is absolutely no chance of corrective intervention?
