Yeah...I could buy that. We definitely have a pennant formation that is setting up for a topside breakout around $1. We're below the 200 EMA, but agree other indicators look OK. The glass-half-empty kinda guy might also point out that breakout can also occur on the downside. A drop through .73 on volume would be troublesome.
