It's true that they need some sort of news event before doing a reverse split, otherwise the stock will quickly get back to 0.0001, with no real gain on their part. What is much more likely is bankruptcy - we have no reason to think they'll be able to sell -anything- in this economy. (They don't even seem to be able to sell anything when the economy is bad.)
