Thanks for the suggestion, but I have read every filing and I find no information to support what you have said, therefore I must ask you the same questions again. If your answer is stll the same, then perhaps your prior statements are without basis????

I do agree with you that Evett has no plan whatsoever, because if he did it would have been communicated to the investors. It appears that his plan is hope. Hope that the one well does not run dry, but all wells do. Hope that oil prices remain over $100 per barrel, but they have already fallen. Hope that Cornell will not assert their rights come January. He must be a very hopeful man. Hope is not a strategy.

Silver Point removed the operating contract from him because they had no confidence in his ability to perform given that he has no oil operating experience like the team he ran off. It is that simple. There is a reason that Silver Point's LLC agreement was written the way it was - to keep clowns like Evett and Cornell away from their assets.
