They're all valuable, I suppose. For daytrades, I start with the daily and work down to the 3-min. For longer swings or position trades, I do the monthly, weekly, daily and sometimes even the 120-min, and usually only use the shorter timeframes for entry/exit.

I generally only use the 60-min to check for consistency with what I'm seeing in other timeframes re overall trends. Most of my work is done on the weekly, daily and 15-min.
