It could also be from the Naked Short Selling that is going on. Before we jump to conclusions I suggest we get some type of report from the Transfer Agent first. If there is a gag on the T/A report, then that is a red flag. But we do NOT know any of this yet now do we?

I am not on anyone's side Canplay. I am here to protect my investment if possible. So whatever I report is not biased. It is based on information I have been given and have confirmed. But your comment: " because it is already in their pockets" is an assumption and I ignore assumptions period.
