Currently, we have only a fractional interest in one producing oil and gas well. Unless our creditors agree to a restructuring of our debt prior to the maturity date of our secured debentures in January 2009, we will not be able to pay our debentures when they become due and we may have to seek protection from the bankruptcy courts or our only producing asset may be lost in foreclosure.
