mack, I have asked that questions a few times myself. This stock appears to be getting better but for now its still the same ole story. Story sounds good but the float keeps going up. Not sure what the level 2 is here today. My guess is the float is going up again but we will get another PR and the masses here will say hey this is really getting better. This is not going anyway til the float stops going up. JMHO
