Mr. Michael Allard in all fairness anyone putting up the 5 million would be taking equity away from you, in some way shape or form as a convertible note, or backed by warrants or shares, or something that will dilute your holdings. But one thing is for certain, no one will put 5 Mill in this company and get nothing. And if it is not true than those holding this pink sheet paper will get an unwelcome wakeup call a little too late.
