While agree w/ Allard about the 5 mil being a dilution
factor--its not going to be in stock--

even if he does its only fair that he pay
current fair value if only to avoid getting a bad rap

a loan (senior convertible notes) would be a better strategy
for him personally...im sure you can figure out why so i won't
dwell on it

Think about this--suppose there were some offers but they were
trying to get ASNAP for a song....surely we are better off
without such kinds of partnerships...additionally it would be
unwise to announce near misses as companies could have a change
in heart later down the road, esp. once they think they are in danger of missing the boat!!! (CEO infusion will set that
boat a-sail in short order...)

if this is true it is great news imo--not the very best news,
but it is as material as one can get ($$$$$)

If he does, he must control spending as much as possible, a
good top down management style is what is required, the 10 Q's
will reflect CEO performance and foster confidence in
prospective licensee’s and investors...
