When asked about additional resources for capital, Ron stated they have tapped their resources. The stock isn't doing well and they don't want this to fail. They have a few private investors who have shown interest in investing. One is waiting for the stock to have a bid to write his $120,000 check.

The stock situation needs a major clean up.
