Mr. Beanitto,

This will be my last response to this issue and then we should all move on. Even though I am not privy to the inside, however, I heard that the CEO is putting up the 5 million dollars of his own money you spoke to complete the two field trials that are about to begin. You must truly believe that these guys either don't have a marketable product that would add great value to the telecomm sector or this is all a front for something. Why would those employeed at CLYW do that only to lose a whole lot more of their money than any of us have invested in it? I don't think a rational person would do that knowing the product will never be approved and eventually sold.

As far as any take over from Qualcomm or other, of the 105MM shares outstanding, there is only 5MM in the float. The remaining 100MM is held on the inside. The only two ways someone will buy CLYW is if the insiders decide to sell their shares for the same price that will be offered to the outsiders. If you are wrong ( and I sure hope you are) that when these contracts are confirmed, the stock will go crazy only because there are only 5MM available to the rest of the market and I hope everyone will want it very badly. I am not sure if you saw an earlier post from me giving some stock price predictions based on a sales number and using QCOM's business model numbers. Even if CLYW only sells $50MM with income of $15MM, the stock should be at least $6. I am hoping (like others) that their sales will exceed that number by a huge number. Every $100MM in sales should move the stock $12.00.

Look at TASR, its market cap is some 50 times, gross sales for next year. Now that one would be very scary to me.

That is all.
