all that talk over there about California makes me want to move there...except that house prices have fallen in this City by 15% over the last year...everything that happens in the US affects us here...prime drops here & then the freaking banks raise mortgage rates. Why? Cause of their "US exposure"...who gives a shit about their US exposure...me or my neighbors never defaulted so why take it out on us? Same shit re our stock market here...TD, MANULIFE etc tank big time cause of their "US exposure" and cause, well, every other stock is tanking so why not join the party...they are all shit...from real companies with strong balance sheets to the scammy PINKIES & BBs...it don't matter, they will all screw ya
