good luck then. Hopefully, he will be honest with you. But Im not sure how much he can tell you that you can tell us. He may not have intentions of going out of business, but as the economy gets worse, he may not be able to pull the company out of debt. But the 8K makes it sound like he has to stop or get some sort of financing to keep the doors open. Without large contracts from companies, who are also struggling, and banks unwilling to lend, even to the good companies making profit, it will be a rough time for him and us all. He may have to continue to pay out of pocket for a while until he gets enough potential customers. Man, I really hope Im wrong. I really hope he pulls it out of the fire. It is a great product with alot of potential. Just mis-managed IMO.
