Just need a Big Green light...in the form of an exact share count ..o/s..with a time stamp relative..and a confirmation no new shares distributed down stream of that point....from that point...we'll all have a better feeling that we are most correct in our assertion that shorting is taking place!

It is a shame that the pps is where it is @ bc as mentioned by many here besides myself...with the CEO..not babysitting the pps..just for the Company sake...just in case shares are ever needed to raised revenue ( no matter how used either by restricted hand out or direct payment for services )..the lower the pps the more shares that need to be infused to reach a revenue goal....less bang per share...But of course..it is Well KnowN??...this is Not happening?....Especially so close to a new project?!

This is one reason why ..in this peri event process..I think a confirmation from Keith as to current status with a time stamp within days...would help!
