Anytime you listen to a lawyer you need to first dicern who the lawyer is representing.
If it's not your best intetrests, but your employees, as such is the case here, then after that dicernment takes place you do your own research which would have taken a few minutes to find out he was FULL of IT!
This is from the same company who told employees and investors not to talk to anyone.
