They actually had a lawsuit by some gaming company (I don't know if it is still active I see as frivolous). I don't like it because of the negative implications. As I suspect you know but for others unaware who look at it to bash the stock it is because their technology attempts to address the misFOLDing of proteins.

On Genzyme's Myozyme issues Amicus will soon be starting a trial combining their candidate with Myozyme. With the much higher amount of drug given for Pompe this could turn out to be a nice niche if it is found there is added efficacy or a patient can reduce the amount of ERT.
