Yes that is you but i always buy on the bid and i sell on the ask, and if he dies not hit your order at your price just wait because this is a buyers / trader market, that market maker needs your business very much so to feed his family and pay his bills , dont up your bid lower your bid he will then come down to you, just let your bid seat there if he wants it he will come and get it have patients my friend, God bless and always the best of trading.

Remember the MM's aren't making much money in penny land these days you have the upper hand now because he wants your money and your business.
