Lucky, you know what not sure they call the T/A direct to get whatever info he needed, then he (Etrade) called me back and said they will take care of it. So I assume it will be electronic with Certs to follow.

Otherwise who knows... wish 141 would update us but it seems they bunkered down on this issue.
