Yup, but not with these new restrictive rules now in place. In addition, this recent HMGP trading, activity over the past 4-6 months IMO has a more apparent twist to it or should I say the pattern seems to be a bit more complacence and directed for and at a specific reason.

You know do it's once shame on me, do it twice good for me.......keep on doing it nobody is monitoring.
