He cancelled his 1.5 billion restricted shares received as a "Signing Bonus" which he really thought was the correct thing to do.

He bought 2.4 billion shares in the market at a price of US$0.0001 per shaqre, filed a Form 4 with the SEC and holds these shares today. Any more questions?
