More "selective enforcement" by the SEC, guess thats better than nothing. It looks ripe for manipulation by the usual powers that be on Wall Street.

I'm more cynical than ever when it comes to Wall Street. I just have complete faith that the SEC is a tool of the powerbrokers on Wall Street.
