Thanks for your reply however I feel if they had something of value they should act on it. As a CEO of a publicly traded company they should act in the shareholders best interest regardless of shareholder distaste! Also from a selfish point if I held the amount of shares Alan Santini has I would be a tad motivated just out of sheer selfishness.
