Let me fill you in on some reality.
If the tech worked pretty much as you stated companies like the one in Oregon who alledgedly tested the alledged tech and others would have bought this company out long ago.

Fact is they are having problems getting financing right now from the lowest snakes in the OTC finance world.

If this tech really worked as PR's stated anywhere near their claims financing wouldn't be a problem and this company be bought out long ago. Now all you have is a shell that is hard to sell due to debt.
