true... but eventually NITE will run out of shares. if valleyboi is right that NITE is the issuing agent, once the CD's are all converted/paid there will be significantly fewer shares for NITE to play with. of course this will take a while... debt free by the end of the year would be great, but possibly a little too optimistic. point is they are profitable, eventually (a year?) they will be debt free and NITE will lose his stranglehold on the market.
