I expect Doug has connections to the internet over there with laptops or can get to one without to much difficulty.

Maybe not through the day but very likely at some point through the day.

I do expect the equipment to clear customs and be on site by the end of the week.

Doug's connections with government and Tribal leaders should attest to that.
