In my opinion (unprofessional) I would say that they are not desparate, but just trying to get anything that they can get. We have no idea where this company is going, or even if it is doing anything. Our CEO has a plan, I am sure, but he is not telling his stockholders, so confidence must be at it's lowest.
Unless the Earth moves, I will use mine as a 2008 Tax Writeoff.
