I don't think that reporter knows what they are talking about in that respect. I don't trust the intelligence of most reporters so I think they got that part wrong as usual. I think the $5 billion BELONGS to WAMUQ and I think that fact is not in dispute between WAMUQ and JPM.
If it was they wouldn't have that 48 hour agreement, if JPM owned that $5 billion there wouldn't be a need for that 48 hour standstill. The 48 hour standstill is only in effect to warn the bank that they need to come up with the money that the DEPOSITOR has in it's bank. That depositor is WAMUQ.
