Yes, but who's to say that once the price dropped you'd be able to accumulate shares..

I guess what I'm trying to say is whoever is buying is sitting back and accumulating on the bid, which is also helping to maintain the PPS.. On a normal day where 65% of the trades took place on the bid the price would be significantly lower.
