Born read the 8-K's. There is not a company out there who will admit to being behind on their filings and warning of a SEC halt unless the SEC has presented them with a timeline to correct all the BS PR's they put out and get their filings up to date.

FFGO has told you they do not have the funds to comply with any expedited filings. That should tell you the SEC has placed some timetables on them for compliance whihc they admit they will be unable to meet.

Kind of like saying if a bank teller hits the silent alarm how do you know the cops will come eh?
