***Dollar is moving down today(good for silver/gold)

***Inflation numbers coming out this week. That should also be interesting and positive for gold/silver.

Interesting thoughts on inflation...I think it's important that all the Europeans are now onboard the plan and have finally stated that "Inflation is no longer their biggest worry."

I believe we can and should read into this that underlying this move is the fact that they've basically thrown inflation worries under the bus in favor of MASSIVE market stabilization through recapitalization. Silver/gold should appreciate in a big way against all currencies involved in this move.

Now read the article below and consider all these facts and I think you'll conclude as I just did, and what the article's author agrees with...namely that we will likely start seeing the inflation we've been talking about begin ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.

I still think SOME money will come out of silver/gold in order to chase stocks and because this good news will cause some to discard their flight to quality/safety sentiment. But when the market begins to roll over as I still think it will, I also still think THAT WILL BE THE TIME to really get agressive with silver/gold as a return to safety and an inflation hedge.

And I actually believe that this inflation will help SOMEWHAT prop up the market as well because the dollars invested from here on will be worth less thereby raising the price of stocks relative to the dollar and all currencies too for that matter. The market will once again become a hedge against inflation IN MY OPINION and will mitigate to some extent the bad news that's coming. How much will it mitigate the bad news is anybody's guess yet.

In other words...the best of all worlds for holders of both stocks(at least for a few days) and precious metals(longer term). I think gold/silver will move steadier to the upside because stocks still have to deal with all the bad economic recessionary headlines coming our way and may not have even completely bottomed yet.
