this week could be the turning point imo. no telling where it will close, but so far the australian market is open up 4.5%. dow & s&p futures are also pointing higher.
actions taken by european banks this w/e have been viewed favorably, and the hope is the US will follow suit.
once the financials get their feet under them, it wouldn't surprise me to see energy getting the lion's share of cash, since it's not dependent on US growth, and will benefit from a weaker dollar.
