If you look at the financial statement posted on the pink sheets for the period ending June 30, 2008

you see a company with no cash... (not even one penny) and the only asset being a website. How they value a website at 38K is anyone's guess but that is the stated value.
Revenues.. well those are zero too against 6k in expenses. This isn't a company.. this is more like a shell... and since the focus of their business (the proverbial basket they seem to have put all their eggs into) is Shayne Heffernan's Buzz Technologies, somehow I got a feeling the future isn't too rosy for them to. I have a lot of confidence in the outcome. The only question still unanswered for me is, is Selsman a victim or part of the con?
PS.. this is a "no market maker" stock. That is particularly troubling and will assure there is no viable market for the stock until that is resolved.
