Interesting point al44. So who exactly does license these guys? I guess the question is--ARE there sufficient deterrents to false representation if they were to be caught lying?

On the other side of the coin, I have thought that if the goal was to massively dilute, why is the Transfer Agent
UNgagged. That is not normally the case either. I am back in for well over a million, but would love to buy up a whole lot more if I could just be certain that this, in fact, shorting! lol! THE million dollar question, eh?
