Probably.

I suspect that Monday LEVP trades at 2.70-2.75. (should approach 2.75 provided VPHM sells over the lower collar, 10.03)

IF so, the only play would be an arb for a few cents and to hold through closing to acquire the non-transferable bonus rights (two of them, each $0.50 with different condition).
