Very well written Failure to Deliver. I mean, I know I am not the only one to have ponied up the $30 to check the share structure, and I have done it more than once now. That O/S has not changed 1 share from a month ago. Yet, as you point out, there have been some big volume days even in the last month that do not jive with what is reported to be a 16 million Float.

Though the assertion is overused by Pink investors far too much, I must say that what I see leads me to believe there is a massive short at work here. Like you wrote, it is either that or the T/A is boldly lying.
