VIX seems to be consolidating. Might be rolling over Adam and Eve top (spike and round top). Its spending a lot of time at the high here so markets might be calms, or unsure about where to go next. I don't think it can last this high so my guess is the momentum is gone and VIX might drop here and try to find support somewhere lower.
