Frank,
Good DD. I agree with you. I think it will be very profitable for shareholders who get in at these depressed levels.
From an email I had with Mr. Akid today:
From a few sources I've seen, the float of publicly tradable shares is around 30 million, and insiders own 66%. Can you confirm that?
No the total issued and outstanding is approx. 43 Million shares and float approx. 22 Million according to the latest SPR (Stock Position Report) I have. Unfortunately the management does not control 66% but less than 50%.
ALso,
Not to beat this to death, but will there be a forthcoming announcement regarding no reverse split?
Tomorrow, I have instructed my people to get it out.
Do you still have plans to acquire GNT when ALOC stock price recovers? I think you mentioned funding would be available at .40 a share?
Yes, because one needs to see the history of GNT, indirectly it is the company that I have developed for the last 3,5 years. True I used to be the VP Business development but all the international VoIP and normal deals were finalised by me in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. I assisted in bringing the company from 1,5 Million revenue to 55 Million revenue Euro in almost 2 years of time. I am still a good friend of the CEO and he wants to work with me again, this is why soon or later we will merge together.
Hmmmmm.
GLTA, Chris
