Yes, Gabe should be able to get going once this is out of the way. The current financial crisis does little for anyone, especially a small cap company, to get a large investor. What assets do we own? There are options for Gabe. He can put together a new business plan excluding The Rookie Challenge, and take this company in a new direction. He could consider a reverse merger with another entity. He could sell the company.
One option I do not believe he will do is walk away. His professionalism and integrity are too important to him. My guess whichever happens will be down the road, perhaps 9 months, a year, or more away, unless he is able to get a cash infusion into the firm in a shorter period of time. EJ, you are correct....we are holding a Lottery ticket, but we know the person that pulls the numbers, and I have not given up on him yet. Best to all.
