Yes, but also generally the corrective waves do not move as much as the impulsive wave either. Ideally one would only trade waves 3 and C, both third waves of a movement but that's a generality too.

I found one olde source which is not the greatest in the world, but does also have some interesting viewpoints on Elliott theory.
