Dave, I know for a fact that there was at least one real seller of 25-30k who blew it all out in that last 45 minutes to buy about 10k of HLSH. I watched it trade and some of it was definately a triple count with NITE being the only MM involved in the sell side until the last few minutes when WEIN sold a couple of thousand. Can't blame this move down on the MM. Actually the MM's did a pretty good job of catching the stock considering the low volume of late and the late day selling.

I am fairly well convinced that the seller will end up buying it back in a day or two, but I do think any profits from that swap will be minimal if at all.

The positive by-product of a decent bounce on the bond settlement IMO, might be some selling in HLSH above $6 to buy HBSL by others who didn't try to flip. As much as I like HLSH and its easy prospect for a triple over the next year, I don't see any way that HBSL won't out-perform even that move in a shorter time frame from the current price.
