I am just being cautious, not bashing.

I have invested in flowers, that turned out to be stinkers, and lost my investment. As Lyndon B. Johnson said, "I would rather have him in the tent pissin outside, than outside the tent pissin in."

Although I do not own any stock, I am watching this with much interest. I remember once reading an article about an upcoming company called EchoStar, but did not invest. They have since become DishNetwork. Could have made a fortune, but did not act on it. Just as well, I later had the misfortune to go through a divorce.

I cannot imagine that Ted Ernst, JC Watts, Michael Garfield, ect, would risk their reputations on a stinker, unless this happens all the time. I do not know enough about development companies to judge this. I enjoy reading all of your posts from different perspectives, as it gives me a point of view I do not have experience with.

As you point out, we have not heard from Eagle 1 in awhile. I do not know him/her, and therefore do not hold him/her as a reliable source. But I notice that all of his/her posts emphasize look at the White Papers, PR's, Website, 10K's, and other reports from the company. I would like to read some real life due diligence and not regurgatation from the company.

Sorry about any spelling errors. I am on a fixed income and am celebrating the big dump on my retirement investments. God bless all of you, and I truly believe our economy will rebound. Stay the course.
