INTC starting to flatten out and STEVE, the 1 thing to me that stands out that "feels" like its shorting is that there are not BIG green candles, no 5 min. bursts to take us to a new level, its like the sell side is just waiting to get as many in there before unloading into some stops in place and move this down.

I know where your coming from, this just doesnt have the FEEL of a longish rally, at least at this moment
